Yes I think the summary of fundamentals you provide is represented well graphically in the price chart at present. As you say there needs to be a catalyst to excite some buyer behavior.
ELK traditionally fades slowly down on low volume for long periods until their short term capital adequacy position is somewhat clearer. The current unclear nature of the pipeline sale is hurting this outlook at present i feel despite the recent raising.
