The market is mocking it. No cornerstone investor and a share price a quarter of its high in a depressed sector. The stock failed to rally with the market these last few months till just recently. Workd class performs independently of the market. If a trade buyer steps up tomorrow the picture can change. Is the project bankable ? I doubt it. Happy to be proved wrong.
