watso keeps on thinking that he should be topping up with this stock. bought in at 24c, then averaged down at 15 , and averaged down again at 9. indeed, watso has all but forgotten about this stock, and only on the odd occassion, he updates himself on what is happening. watso is so used, to thinking that this stock will come good, but it continuously fails to deliver. having said that, the company seems to be constantly making sales. from memory, in the last financial year, the company was almost cash flow neutral from operations, which of course is a great result, as there is little cash burn, and maybe there is a chance to build up the level of sales - which also means that there will be ongoing sales of spare parts etc etc

even if watso might be reluctant to buy more (he has plenty), surely this must be a stock that is well worth a punt
