Everything you say is right but unfortunately (or fortunately...depends which side of the buy/sell transaction you are on), sentiment rules. Right now, sentiment is at an all time low for Vmoto....and therefore, so is the share price, but as Charlie Monger once said though:
With 100% certainty, share prices always end up matching a Company's fundamentals.
Investors that study Companies closely see the "fluff" of negative sentiment, as nothing more than a 'Buy' opportunity.
To me it matters not how long this takes to bounce....because bounce it will.
