Hi Dreamerof,
A 50 bagger would get in my record book but have to agree its not out of the question.
We've got a growth market, a manufacturing capacity of 450,000 units and current sales of only around 80,000 Dreams might just come true.
Lets hope 2016 with its horrid nett operating margin of $20 / unit and 25% fall in sales to $36M was a period of consolidation and not representative of what the future holds.
Things were looking pretty flash when nett operating profit per unit grew from $65 in 2014 to $75 in 2015 and units sold increased from 77k to 88k. driving sales up from $43 M to $48M
If admin and marketing stay at the relatively steady $2.5m mark then at a nett operating margin of $75 / unit profit starts to emerge after circa 35,000 unit sales .
At that level of margin 90 K unit sales could deliver a nett profit of circa $4m which is a nice earn on the current market cap of $9.2M.
Sales at full capacity of 450,000 could show a stunning nett profit in the vicinity of $ 30M
Now thats dreaming on a grand scale.
