I think the the ship has already turned around. Now it just needs to avoid the rocks and slowly gain momentum

How is it going to do that?

Maybe its already on the right track and just needs to keep spending on brand promotion, concentrate on quality outcomes which is a big one !, gradually stop supplying into low margin markets, and grow high margin sales to fully utilise production capacity..

Charles seems focused and has a lot of skin in the game.

I'm only a little bit underwater but sometimes you get wet feet in the basement.

The quarterly will be interesting. I'm anxious to find out if sales are continuing to fall. Betting against that at the moment but could come to grief..
