My best friend is a salesman. Its his enthusiasm and belief that leads will lead to outcomes that keeps him going.

I've read all the announcements and have been impressed by the enthusiasm because without it nothing will happen.

I don't for one moment think management handle the truth badly.

I base this observation on the fact that they have provided the ultimate disclosure which is a profit forecast that falls within a very narrow band.

Given the drop/delay in sales in the final quarter of 2016 and the subsequent revision of that forecast I think we can expect Charles to be much wiser and less likely to be so precise in future forecasts.

I hope he can maintain his enthusiasm and get some good results.
