No - on reading AGAIN.....I would like to apologise to MYSELF!

It appears that the agreement is for BOTH parts of the EL.

40% and 60%

So, what do we get for handing over our 60%

1) $70,000 in RMR shares and $100,000 in cash (or shares) in 18 months time!

2) Retention of rights to Gold

3) 1.5% net smelter loyalty.

So, for basically our original $100k and 45 MILLION CDIs (dont even ask me how much they are/were worth...but lets call it $450k (CDIs at 1 cent) we get SFA now...and a couple of peanuts in 18 months....not sure how that AT ALL resolves our current cash flow problem...IDIOTs...
