There is nothing secretive going on. When I talked to Damien Krebs ( GGG ), he did intake that there are some revisions behind made, with now the input of an International company ( implication IMO. being that the local advisor may not be up to the task ) and that these revision will be submitted soon ). My interpretation is that the EIA and SIA are complex documents and that added input was needed from an international company. Need to wait! No reason to Sell! Also said at the end of the conversation- " don't worry; everything is O. K ! ".. He did not have to add that !
