I’m not going to accuse you of fabricating anything but I do find it extraordinary that a government body would make such statements to what is to them just a random enquiry from a random party. 

I’ve never been involved professionally with the Greenlandic government but I have with others around the world and can’t think of any that would have acted in such a way. Ordinarily any concerns would be shared with the applicant and to the extent that statements are made outside a closed group it would be through an appropriate channel not an email to a shareholder. 

Additionally, the statement that the responder cc’d the entire department is just odd - although maybe it’s a small department
