    Also I assume to the plan is dome, swell and stitch are going to be rolled into one. I'm betting seaweed and garage will be too. It will all be one portal "swell" or similar a one stop shop for everything. That is going to require a ton of work but that centralised platform could have big payoffs.

    The is a lot of ways things could go and it will require good management if they are going to turn it around which has been lacking but I'm happy to have a punt and see how it goes. I have integrated smaller companies that were different to my core business twice, both times it cost me far more than I originally anticipated and I lost a lot of sleep but the rewards of the flow though business allowed us to grow in ways we would not have been able to had we not diversified.

    Provided the new assets are not hemorrhaging money than they should be fine. Online retail is very dynamic and so as long as you don't screw yourselves over with inventory, you can adapt to conditions in ways bricks and mortar can't.
