AC87, do you know the surf industry? Because your post would suggest you don't or if you do you have a vested interest to prop SRF up.
Any one who knows the industry knows they paid way to much for those acquisitions, maybe $3om to much. Also although they were 'related surf' they were very different to what SRF had built their online retail upon.
The history of surf companies floating, soaring and then complete basket cases should wave a red flag to any investor who is not intimately connected to this culture
