if you cant even admit you invested in a dog, then you are going to lose a lot of money. this company is poorly run, borderline fraudulent. Actually, not even borderline, most likely fraudulent, yet you all thinks this is just "down-ramping"... friggin hilarious

No buddy, the reason why the SP is at all time low because:
- this is a company started by 2 guys who wanted to have a good time and be trendy
- IPOed at a price level that is borderline criminal/insanity;
- overpriced acquisitions with parties that has vested interests;
- management briefed selected group of investors 1 day before a profit downgrade.
- your CEO went awol (literally) and that somehow caused a $20m renegade in revenue???!!! wtf??
- 2 profit downgrades in 3 months or whatever turning a profit into a loss for the year
- Potential class action against the company

Did I miss anything else? Just pray to whatever god you pray to that the new CEO, will be able to turn this dog around. He's your only hope.
