That was the heads of agreement ann, September 16. Not sure if that's the important date or if it is the further announcement where it's ratified etc.
Quite likely EGS will not meet it's first earn in commencement. And we'll have a potential nickel/cobalt deposit and EGS recent impressive gold hits to follow up.
