For this type of companies, shareholders are not a factor in any deal. We do not know and will never know the type of relation the directors have in both companies and who is getting what. Shareholders are the fools in this scam. To see shareholders arguing what is good for the company, is like seeing a victim arguing which color of the stick is better to use for beating him up!
