I hold shares in KEY, not EGO so what difference would the benefits to EGO make to me?
But seeing you asked the question, well EGO through their 52m KEY shares would retain a 19% interest in the Canning Basin assets as well as gaining 19% exposure to KEY's other assets in England, Tanzania, Italy & Suriname as well as an additional 22.5% of EP437 in the northern Perth Basin.
