if my memory is ok he forked out about $60m around the time of The Carlyle Group,NHR and Coates deal @ $2.99 for a 20 % stake in NHR which was the biggest private equity deal at the time.
if he sells it all straight away it wont be at $3.60 more likely the bulk @$3.00 unless he chooses to be compulsorly acquired

when SVW was put together part of the deal was accessing the 1b cash that SEV couldnt find a home for, to pay down Kerry's debt in WESTRAC
now they are Bailing him out for a second time when ACE(his private interests)was rolled into the newly formed SVW so he doesn't have to pay about 100m as a condition of underwriting the value NHR as at 30/6 @ $2.50
