    good question!

    really it just depends how desperate he is for the cash.

    anyone who's in the BRW200 & Tasmania's richest person won't be doing it too hard and living in struggle street like the rest of us here.

    he is 'one' of the key persons for the deal to get up.
    I note last year there no substantial shareholder notices lodged so he's gone luke warm on them,(ie.no creeping), since a flurry of on market buying post the Coates acquisition,to I think quickly average down.

    lets say he's averaged down to $2.60

    he knows the value of Coates which is quickly moving to a monopoly position in the hire market and that value and market share to another potential buyer

    would you let that go for a $1.00 profit or about 32m

    the potential loss of market share,associated sub hire and winning other tenders that occurrs might be greater than selling out.

    would you sell a $2.60 share when its clearly worth much more above $3.60 ?
