all the money out by the previous board (never to be returned ?) Was in default of cash calls,
It is now cashed up and all positions rectified
Back trading !!

You seem particularly perturbed on 1 director yet there are several involved in these companies
Maybe an AXE to grind ??? or Jealous ??
