It will also emerge with a new name -Kairos - originating out of ancient Greek meaning -"the supreme moment". Wow!
In plainer language does this simply mean that henceforth the company will now have the elbow room to go through a new round of about another 10 capital raisings until it again hits the brick wall of 2 billion issued shares. As for the supreme moment - get those options into the money, and that will be it. Heady stuff.
