Hi All,

It is disappointing that many shareholders did not receive their voting forms proir to their leaving on holidays.

Interistingly some W.A. shareholders received their forms day's before some in Victoria.

I have received in the mail from a W.A. shareholder copies of many letters sent to our Chairman over the last 12 months, and as of this date has not received answers to any of his questions. Just goes to show how the shareholders are treated.

Remember WE the shareholders own Motopia, we have until 3.00pm AEDT on 13/1/2013 to get our votes in. Once you have submitted your votes as per the instructions on the form, please email a copy to our company secretary [email protected]

Voting FOR to all resolutions gives us the shareholders a chance to take this company into the black by being able to come to a resolution re. the litigation and get some projects with substance on the table.( This needs to be done NOW and NOT in 7-8 months time).

There is a small window of opportunity for us to turn Motopia into a profitable entity! Lets all get behind a new board and make it happen for the benefit of us all!
