EGM tomorrow, page-3

Ok crew some feedback from the EGM I spoke with Ron, Sundeep, Max, Chris Bath and Peter the Geologist
Did not manage to speak to jeffery Auld although he was in attendance.

Everyone seemed up beat and calm.

Magna energy did vote against all resolutions.

78H will be drilled first then 80, both will be drilled verticaly core samples taken for anylisis then the horizontal drilled,they were confident the well will spud in 2015.

Ron did a good presentation although it was not a new presentation Nobody was willing to name the 5 workover wells although in Rons presentation he made note of the legacy wells some producing as little as 1 barrel a day.

Apparently tenders are out for the rig and other items Going forward this will get pumped and if magna want to increase their holding they will have to buy on the market I would expect positive news as we move towards the AGM in November.
