No answers about voting intentions so people seem generally resigned to whatever happens happens i guess?
ESG says in its letter rejecting the Energetica proposal that it asks OIP shareholders to exchange our $6m in cash (this = current market cap) PLUS its valuable 244 PJ of CR to obtain then fund Energetica's assets. This raises the question of "How valuable are OIP's CSG resources"? They are being valued at ZERO at present. Any fair valuation would have to be at a minimum 5-10 cents GJ which would be $12m - $24m. It will be interesting to see whether once ESG is back in control at OIP we see any promotion of OIP's "value", or whether the real plan all along has been to underplay its value so that it can be reaquired easity and cheaply when needed to bolster ESG's startegic attractiveness.
