So how are people voting on the EGM resolutions? Personally I don't think we have enough information to make an informed choice, particularly as we haven't seen the detail of either "proposal" that is being considered.
So then it comes down to whether you want the current board or the former MD and several ESG nominees on board. The only way I expect to get a return on my investment is for OIP to be fully a part of ESG's plans so ESG has to be able to work with the board and they can't do so with the current board. Willcocks has been there a short time and Morton has shown himself to act according to his self-interest which is not a good look in terms of governance.
I will be going to the EGM ... is anyone else?
