With all due respect ..... Geoff has been in the industry since 1981 ... lawyer or not ... he probably knows more than most or at least where to go to get expert advice. If you do some research you will see that he seems to be a held in high regard.
He has set up companies, done deals and is currently chairman of MOD.
He has lived through a few serious market downturns and he is still holding much of the prime acreage.
I think he is more than a lawyer.
