It is quite valid for the board to recommend the share consolidation after the dilutive rights issue.
while i share your view on debt (far too high) i do not agree on the loss of brand, i have been to a few events in the last 3 months and STG are there in force. can't comment on the assets side of things as i do not know but if they are signing up venues still (re todays afr) then surely this is a good thing.
Personally i suspect investec are holding the price down and will make a takeover offer.......IMHO and very speculative!!
If nothing happens in the next 12 months i'll write off my holding and walk away
