I thank Dragon for delivering the information about rejection of their appeal
without very major delays. However apparently the court and a local newspaper released the matter
at least on the June 12th, and Dragon commented the mater in the newspaper

There are two possible consequences:
1) The continuation of Orivesi mine is uncertain even in short term. Supreme administrative court
(SAC) may also decide within a few months, that the Vaasa decision cannot be appealed. Dragon would need to
apply a permission to appeal to SAC.
This would mean the closing decision would be legally binding and Orivesi would be finished.
Orivesi is actually very important for short term financing of Dragon with the new high grades.
In case SAC would take the matter this may take 1-2 years, several years more is very unlikely.
Dragon has admitted in Finnish media and newspapers that they need to apply for permission to appeal.
The coverage by Dragon in Finnish newspapers is more timely and more comprehensive than in press relases.

2) The position of Hong Kong listing authority about the decission is unclear.
They were interested about Fäboliden test permit with 100 000 tons of ore.
With existing mine and higher grades, this decision may be more important.
There are three major mistakes in the Dragon's release
a) The release suggests that the supervision authority ELY-keskus would have appealed
together with Dragon, while the truth is that ELY appealed for regulation during shut down of the
mine and for getting Dragon responsible for cleaning the wastes from two lakes.
The alternative decision suggestion in the court appears to be more in favour of the ELY
and cleaning of the lakes
b) "As such, the Company plans to appeal this decision to the Supreme Administrative Court in Finland. "
It has been already discussed, that Company may ask for a permission to appeal to SAC, and there is
uncertainty whether such permission would be granted.
c) Suggesting that the decision would not be price sensitive is strange considering above.
The actual date of the decission was June 12th and typically the court
informs company before. So there may have been a window for insider
trading and an explanation for lower share prices recently.
As bad news appears to have positive effect on Dragon´s share price
even sooner information would have been better?
