Firstly , there is no evidence of any "tag team" plays between CNNC and EdF. If you follow the timeline both entities appear very much to be doing their own thing. One can come up with all manner of theories but unless there is firm evidence , its all useless speculation. This is not a costly delay at all, by PDN going into administration they save themselves a bundle and basically put all debt claims on hold. Its actually costing the debt holders now. The administrator is now in control and their job is to resolve it if possible and if not call in the liquidators. Which ever way you cut it they all better off working toward some deal. The fact that this is still going on and liquidators have not been called suggests a solution is in the works.
