That aside, company has been doing work overs of old wells as long as they've been around. Go back, say, 5 years and check out announcements.
There is no reason why they couldn't commit to a small dividend at least (say 1.5 cents) if they indeed wanted to. They just have never had the foresight for that and constantly think trying to get bigger faster is better (albeit has failed).
