This is where the Solmans investment is, around $500,000 for each of the two brothers this year. Cant think of a better reason to have the shares. They will each hold around 50 million shares in Tas after this latest issue. Tas will end up after the issue with around 1.5 shares in Ede for every Tas share. If it fails with the concrete, which I dont believe it will, they have too much invested to let it go. Vulcan is worth a lot of money in a different market which you are getting for less than nothing at current prices. Rio would not have spent $10 million and BHP must be interested in the leases which I believe will come to the fore again one day.
