TAS has no revenue stream. The only way it can maintain itself as a going concern is to raise capital or sell assets. Also, at the equity raising I will be offered to pay full tilt for the equivalent EDE shares but it will be valued 40% less by the market.
How can full market value be achieved? Reverse takeover of TAS by EDE. Assets sold and equivalent value of EDE shares transferred to TAS holder.
