It surprises me that the EDE Investor presentation that was released today for EDE shareholders was not also released to the TAS shareholders as an announcement there. With The TAS shareholding in EDE being discounted when valued in the TAS SP the fact that Edencrete is not promoted to TAS shareholders may be one reason for the continuing price disparity.
Can I suggest that the presentation was made to create interest in Edencrete and promote its use and also to create interest in a cash raising for EDE. Any issue of new EDE shares will dilute the shareholding of TAS.
