Yes Kacy look at total borrowing i.e. debt it's there is black and white in the HY08 accounts.
ABS was worth $2 under the original deal. Now that MS have screwed them down I would say $1.80 with a another .20 discount because they have to prove the EPS for 09 will be as projected (which I doubt).
