Yeah I have read those. But I'm referring to more specifically to the "exploding convertibles" which all the press has had a field day with.
If I understood it correctly, any dip below the 550 million market capitalisation in the share price results in the exercise of these convertibles which will allow the note holders to obtain a massive chunk of the stock at a much lower level, fully diluting the stock by a factor of 2 for current share holders.
I am unable to find or locate the information about this, as some sources on the net say that this is not the case, but others are in agreement.
