From what I can gather ABC will have to sell considerably more assets. When the proceeds from what they have already flagged to sell are realised, they will still have $1.2 billion in debt. Their full year '07 earnings were $143 Million. That's nearly 9 years earning just to repay debt. That's assuming their earnings aren't in decline, something about which we have no clarity.
