ETOC is a tail to follow Head SP.. If everything is going to the plan, Head will move up over 3c Min.. then ECTOC would be near 1c and above.. We had experience of years ago when SP was 3.5c OB was 1.8c. ECT board needs to strike the deal asap.. ... will see how many people will pay coys in advance for ELF.. .. for 3.5 mils.. and more.. and will see How ROTI are giving another excuse or ink the deal.. finger cross..
