ETOC is a punt, all depends on what the SP will do once the deal is signed. At the moment there is no movement as the market is waiting
on the go go go ahead to sign. 
If we get something really positive about the Latrobe valley Project and India Signed -  the SP could rise very dramatically putting potentially the C's in the money.
Someone is buying them could even be the ones telling you not to buy lol. Is it worth the punt?? who knows until the bond is sorted and signing occurs - we wait and see.
