I am an investor in this company and some might say foolishly, have been waiting for a turn around this company’s performance.
The board have comprehensively brought this company to its knees. With a revolving door of board members, all who seem to start with the best intentions to grow and develop the company but appear to leave, unable to change the unchangeable. And now, another managing director, no FMCG, sales or marketing experience, just a lawyer this time. Does the board know something that we don’t? Maybe they think they will need one??
The chairman continues to sit on, presiding over this mess, showing no leadership or vision. Simply spending shareholders money and then asking for more. The annual report, headed up with yet another managing director who has already jumped ship, even before the ink is dry on the paper. The chairman’s performance is lack lustre to say the least, her specialty appears to be dropping share prices, dyesol is also at new lows.
The annual report illustrates the mismanagement of this company’s funds. The Unexplainable high running costs for a small company makes interesting reading. The only place this company needs to spend money is on marketing, one good ad, it’s not that hard. The product is sensational, little takas nappies are as good as the market leader. I use them for my children and have only good stories. So why has this company failed to invest in the only area that mattered? Instead operational costs are through the roof.
This company’s board appears to have its own agenda, what can be gained from running this company into the ground? Time will tell. In the mean time I hope the board are going to wear wet weather gear to the AGM because there will be a lot of shit flying around. I personally am angry that this board has wasted my $50,000 I invested, at last count is was worth $375. I hope this company gets investigated and the board gets sacked. I for one will not be voting for this chairman or the board at the AGM.
