In the end, it is only the individual that acts. Current Keynsian policy encourages irrational expenditure through the monetary good being a hot potato forcing people into high risk investments. Hard Austrian money provides a lower risk alternative.

* Slight correction on my poor terminology in this post: These humans aren't acting 'irrationally' as all human action is rational. Rather, they are acting highly gullible / human action with minimalist relevant data set to approach the problem.
