HGL's annual report identified a new subsidiary - ECOFIX Pty Ltd.
Might be another Hudson spin out soon.
They have established a website - http://ecofix.com.au/about.html
They engaged Dr Venkata Kambala a year (or so ago) to develop uses for their adsorbent materials. Ken Boundy was engaged a while back to head Hudsons new building materials interests, althought that was put on the back burner.
Interesting that Hudsons ECOFIX is very similar in name to Germany's SGL Group's ECOPHIT, who have developed an eco friendly plasterboard that contains graphite - see below.
Given HRS/HGL's recent substantial holding (no longer) in AXE (graphite), could be they are looking to do something similair????
LML's (graphite) share register contains a couple of private companies (Tigermoth Investments Limited,Sakura Capital Ltd) + a few individuals, that are associated with HRS director Kit Foo Chye - the same ones that appeared on AXE's register before it was identified they were Hudson.
The product of SGL is certainly of great interest.
