hi @mg, is it okay to do a public placement and not offer any shares to public and allot all shares on offer to instos or funds or HNI?
last time, I fought with another broker and got alloted 60% of my application. this time I don't even know whom to fight with. it's ridiculous that they offer value ipo to secret list of instos and HNI and the public sucks the low value ipo..what a mess. how can we complain these unfair practices with no level playing field for small investors?
