Yup. Works just like tickets for a Rolling Stones concert. When the seats are gone, they're gone, and you have to pay the scalpers $10,000 a seat if you really want to see the show.
As per an email I received from the company on the 19th, "applications for shares under the offer will now open on Tuesday 26 February and close on Monday 11 March 2019. The expected listing date for the company (29 March 2019) remains unchanged."
