Yes, good point.  Although money isn't everything! (sure does make life a lot sweeter for most though). Makes the tax man happy as well! And agreed that, usually, the ideas man is not the same guy that is going to make the original vision a commercial success. (But Isn't it unusual to not retain that guy to continue with the vision and the expert consultancy?Or maybe I am old fashioned in that regard ?).On another point, I do have some concerns about the Board - only 3 Board members who are all basically related parties - no independent Directors? I would like to understand in more detail how the ASX rules work in this regard?
