those who got the placement would have agreed when the sp was much lower.
so they obviously seen something there that they liked.
some might sell but a lot would have agreed to buy when sp was not much above placement price, so will many sell for double or triple the price or wait for 10 times the price.
we don't know, do you want stock, are you interested in the stock but not at this price,
