njay, further to TheShield's post above, I posted earlier in this thread about this matter also. I will quote myself below (which was in response to an earlier post by Sino):

"However you have now said several times that eCargo have lost their advantage since China has now opened to eCommerce and all the companies eCargo has on the books will go direct (i.e. their IT Departments will do it themselves). The thing to realise though is - generally they WON'T. I do work in IT and see it continually - IT Departments are forever outsourcing to other providers. Generally it is for one of 3 reasons:
    - they don't have the capabilities in-house
    - they are too lazy to do it themselves
    - they think someone else can do it better

I come across this all the time - IT Departments outsourcing something they could do themselves just because they think someone else will do it better. And if you want to sell into China who better to go to than a company that offers the lot?... Now I am not saying that eCargo is the be all and end all. It actually doesn't matter what I think. It matters what the customer thinks. And if the customer thinks eCargo has the expertise that's where they'll go. Thus I would say that eCargo is by no means dead in the water and you should give them a chance to prove it."

I no longer bother commenting on Sino's posts as he has very selective hearing and does not care if you have legitimate positive comments about ECG as his mission appears to be solely to downramp ECG.
