I spoke personally with Chris Lau prior to Christmas with not only my concerns, but with the advice of many other parties in this space.

People in this space who are legit do not appreciate old money and relationships potentially harming investors outlook now and in the future.

This business is a HKG biz, it has no idea of the Chinese market or how to develop it to success. Especially in a retail space. The layers involved in Chinese business is nothing like the west or the HKG bubble.

I do not doubt and have not doubted the shipping and logistics arm of the Lau operation is solid, but you are not investing in that and that is the major concern.

The reason for outlining the changes in Shanghai was to show the companies currently thinking of using ecargo what they can do. If they are too stupid and lazy to realize that, than that's fine.

Now with the purchase of Amblique they can use their services. Has Amblique ever built a website for the Chinese market?

Ever tried to do a delivery in China?

Online payments?

People make the mistake of thinking Chinese websites are not good due to the developers in China, not so. Some of my best coding has come from China.

The real problem is that the websites produced are only allowed to be produced that way, every website is government screened and censored if required. Ever seen models in clothing on Chinese websites?

Are you so naive to think you have the golden goose that lays the golden egg? Have you bought that line in the IPO?
