    the plan is to list EBR's holding in the permit via an IPO called Moby Oil is it not?

    Do you know if EBR shareholders will get an in specie distribution .....?

    or will it be another case of the shareholders getting ripped off and being given a "priority allocation" in the IPO.....?

    I have only picked up snippets here and there on this one. Will get a lot of attention when the drill eventually happens.
