Bass Strait Oil Company Ltd (ASX Code: BAS), the Operator of the Vic/P47 Joint Venture, advises that operations at the Moby-1 gas discovery well have been successfully concluded and that the Ocean Patriot drilling rig has been released.
This is the last daily report for Moby-1. Additional commentary on the Moby discovery will be released as technical analysis is completed.

BAS is now scheduled to drill the ZaneGrey-1 well in Vic/P42 in late December 2004.
