The out of escrow shares must look mighty attractive to institutions who aren't currently onboard.

On market volume is a drop in the ocean for what an insto would want, plus the time to accumulate.

I'm looking forward to seeing 6c taken out as the next sell is 10c.

Aconex today announced they were selling to Oracle for $1.6B ($7.80 per share). Aconex, a Construction Management Software company started in the year 2000 and listed on the ASX for $1.90 in December 2014.

MDR recently hired Dr David Chatterton in June who was CIO of Aconex.

MDR listed in December 2015 at 3 cents. If we take the same trajectory and timeline, perhaps MDR will be bought out next year for ~13c a share????

Technology used to be about the carriage and hardware (think Verizon, Telstra, Cisco, Juniper), now it's all about software and services.
