I think so ... 20% (or so) dividend is nothing to sneeze at, and it appears to be a relatively safe investment (although DYOR & I wouldn't have the life-savings on it).
I have it as a different part of my portfolio, just as a good income-producing stock that should increase in value over time, nothing too flash.
I was originally in at 3.75, I've now averaged down to 3.70, and it's obviously cheaper than that at the moment.
